The framework agreement contains agreement conditions calculated at the framework agreement level. The purpose is to simplify formalities and procedures for concluding framework agreements and the subsequent calls. Framework agreements may seem simple, but our experience is that it should be a legal agreement that is used as a basis, because disputes about interpretation often arise.
